Cover absenteeism in the Winding, Twisting, and Heatset Departments.
Responsibilities
Set up winding frames.
Patrol assigned frames and replace empty bobbins with full bobbins.
Creel and rethread bobbins that break out.
Separate nonconforming bobbins.
Clean frames periodically.
General housekeeping duties.
Creel and doff packages off twisting frames.
Patrol frames and
repair
ends.
Doff conveyor.
Keep empty cones on pegs.
Creel and doff packages off heatset machines.
Doff winder.
Inspect packages regularly.
Move full twister racks to heatset to be used when creeling.
Position Requirements
Manufacturing experience preferred.
